Born in São Lourenço de Manporcão ( Estremoz ) Portugal.
Graduated in Teaching at Portalegre High School of Education (E.S.E.P.) with major on Visual Education.
Attended at the School of Arts ( F B A L ) in Lisboa.
Master in Sociology by the University of Évora.
Teachers Instructor, and Instructors Lecturer (post-graduations).
5th Group of Basic Education teacher.

His works, oil on canvases, allow a preview of a "different form" of looking through the shape and color of contemplative spaces.
Even-tough does not stop "insisting and discovering of new spaces", in an experience already long that have driven him to participate in multiple collective exhibitions, in Estremoz of course, but also in Portalegre, Campo Maior, Monsaraz, Borba, Vendas Novas and Évora.
Individual exhibitions, has also done numerous, not only at Alentejo ( Estremoz, Évora, Vila Viçosa, Portalegre, Palmela, Elvas, Nisa, Portel and Marvão, Arruda dos Vinhos, Sines, Vila Velha de Ródão) but also in Setúbal, Entroncamento, Belas (Sintra), Constância, and Zafra and Mérida (Spain).

Particularly gratifying was the exhibition " Los Juegos Míticos del Pensamiento ( The mythic Games of Thought) in Mérida in 2007, and "Aqui, Pelo Sonho é Que Vamos" ( Here by the Dream We Go) in 2005 for which he painted, one must underline, poems by Sebastião da Gama exhibited at Escola Básica 2-3 Sebastião da Gama in Estremoz (Basic School in Estremoz), besides "OPERA-Outras Paisagens Estão Representadas Aqui- (Other Landscapes Are Represented Here) at the Pousada Rainha Santa Isabel (inn) in Estremoz, at Caja de Ahorros/Ajuntamento de Zafra-Spain, Casa de Cultura of Elvas in 1993.

Another note was the exhibition held at Galeria da Adega do Monte dos Seis with the title: Representações de Um Pensamento Múltiplo ( Representations on a Multiple Thought) in Estremoz as well.

Is represented in multiple private and public collections, inclusive in Badajoz (Spain) and Haia (Netherlands).

With a diverse Curriculum has dedicated part of his time into painting posters and catalogues, book covers and a good number of radio and newspaper cooperations.
Has participated and helped on the foundation of some Associations.
